The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 4433 – “A Bill to amend and reenact the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §8-22-25b, relating to the protection of benefits and assets of members of a policemen’s pension and relief fund or a firemen’s pension and relief fund from execution, assignment or other process and certain taxes; and providing exceptions.”.
